1.Unscrew the brush cap from the barrel 
2.Fill the barrel with water
3.Reattach the barrel to the brush cap.
-Control the water flow to the brush nib by squeezing the barrel.
-Squeeze the barrel for several seconds to flush out one color before painting with another color.
