Jurietta Dreyer Otto, daughter of well known artist Sebastian Valentine Dreyer, was born in Windhoek Namibia, where she finished her school career. After she qualified as a teacher she still craved being a fulltime fashion designer and fine art artist. She worked on interior design projects, wedding decor, designed matric fairwell and wedding dresses and organize her own fashion shows and art exhibitions. Jurietta and her eldest artist /graphic designer daughter, Ju-Ranie Otto, deliver artwork to various art galleries.

Her art motto: Art lovers need to understand l am an artist, I don’t just draw. Living in a fantasy world with unrealistic expectations to me is intelligence having creative fun. Life is too short to be replaceable.... be fabulously, irrationally different.  I will never be afraid of being different, I’m afraid of being the same as everyone else.

I am the artist of my life who never hands over her paintbrush to anyone else.
