The Heritage Napkin Podge is designed to adhere to all fabrics and lightweight tissue material, natural and synthetic.  Durable yet flexible, the Heritage Napkin Podge allows for light cleaning and scratch resistance without damage to the sealed surface and is water-resistant. Heat-set on reverse of fabric to seal the design into the podge.
